So I thought I would update on the "diet"...
When I stick to a "plant based" diet, I feel so much better! My "plumbing" is normal (for once)... I have energy...
I have found out I can eat cheese a couple times a week...
Almond milk tastes better than rice milk...
Vanilla flavoring almond milk makes tea/coffee/oatmeal sooooooooo delicious :)
Salads are my friend...
I now have an even more complicated Starbucks drink...
Keeping appropriate snacks in the house is a must...
Vitamins are a must...
But, I am human... and I do crave Genoa salami, Mexican Pizzas from taco Bell, etc...
I think cutting out cow milk was the biggest help!
This is the healthiest fall/winter season I have had in 8 years (I also gave my body a break from the immuno suppressor meds I had been taking)
